GLC Deck - Balanced Water

I believe this is my current 60, or at least 58 or 59. I returned to the Wishiwashi and Lapras because they help our prize trade and let us attack earlier respectively. I added Manaphy because I was worried about all the spread decks at the time, and honestly it helps, I've even beaten spread lightning a few times even, but otherwise it's the worst card. Kyogre hits huge numbers, allows energy to be saved so Nessa has to do less heavy lifting, and there are times you can trap your opponent and just pick their board apart with it. The cards I want to add currently are Hex Maniac and Escape Rope, but I haven't decided on cuts.
