GLC Deck - Cook-Off: Dragon Spread

Created for Weekly Cook-Off: Week 22 - Dipplin TWM 127 Pretty chill list idea, trying to leverage Dipplin as a "spread" attacker, to take early KOs, or set up for a full spread turn from Noivern. Royal Blades Garchomp might be a mistake, as it usually is, but [C][C] for 50 snipe feels at least usable here. Definitely not nearly optimised enough for high-level competition, but might be fun to play casually :)
