GLC Deck - Cook-Off: Water Lite

Created for Weekly Cook-Off: Week 45 - Veluza PAL 056
The general idea is basically just cheap attackers, similar to decks like Hydro Jet, plus payoffs like Empoleon and Archie's for getting your hand down to nothing. Experimentally suggesting Kingdra over Octillery, for use as a late attacker, as well as adding more disruption, since it feels like a good target to evolve into, or to get via Archie's :)
