How good is Iono's Killowattrel as an engine? Turns out it's pretty good, attaching the energy gives you lots of control over the draw size, and having multiple ways to put energy on it makes it very consistent. Kilowattrel #2 is a must. Observations: Ticket is very good, even late game. Interesting options: 90HP Magneton from 151 80HP Magneton with 1 retreat Unseen Flash Ampharos Devolution Spray (with Ampharos and Overvolt Discharge Magneton) Switch (with Zapdos) Electropower (Too many 200HP Snorlaxes running around)
