GLC Deck - Drill Mill

DISCLAIMER: This deck is a terrible deck. I have made it as functional as possible, but the central strategy is simply not very strong and you will lose most games. Have fun, but do not expect to win!

The central conceit is to attach Focus Sash to Excadrill, set up Riolu, mill your entire deck, and use Rototiller for VS Seeker, Lana's Fishing Rod, Last Chance Potion, and Scoop Up Net. Then, use PokeStop to draw all four cards, VS Seeker for Bellelba & Brycen-Man, Lana's Fishing Rod to recover Focus Sash and a Pokemon, evolve into Lucario to draw them, and Scoop Up Net to devolve into Riolu. If Excadrill is KOed, use VS Seeker for Thorton, targeting the un-gustable Regirock, and Lana's Fishing Rod for Focus Sash and Excadrill. Sometimes you may need to skip B&B for a few turns in order to recycle other cards with Excadrill, such as Fighting Au Lait, Lucky Ice Pop, Klara (for Energy), and Dolls. Maintaining your loop is more important than milling every turn! In theory, the opponent should be unable to break through repeated Excadrill, but hand disruption and other interactions can pose a problem. That's way making sure your hand and board are perfect is top priority!
