Delay your opponent by raising their attack costs with Goomy and PLHQ, while you set up your Gabite, Drakloak, and Dragonite draw engine. Remove energy with disruptive trainers (or even Dragonair), apply pressure with Hustle Belt Goomy, and take tactical KOs with Garchomp and Ultra Necrozma. Use Sonic Slip and Luxurious Cape + Acerola to get multiple attacks while soaking hits yourself.
