35 cards. 35 cards in hand, Unown in the active on your turn, and no ability denial. HAND has been achieved in tournament. The path to success lies in deception and conservation.
Do not reveal Unown unnecessarily. Keep what you're playing quiet to the best of your ability. Taking some prizes is nearly imperative. You'll run out of cards to draw from deck. Recovering cards from the discard is viable but has limits. Some match ups are still unfeasible for HAND. Gardevoir, Tinkaton, and Mimikyu's strong attacks help make up for that, or get you that last card closer.
If offense won't work, surprise your opponent with Spiritomb's Basic attacker denial (or supporter recovery) and Mew's Evolution attacker denial.
