GLC Deck - Hand Lock Lightning Pile

The main purpose of this deck is to try and lock the opponent out of the game by reducing their hand size and spamming dolls that don't give up any prizes. I can't say its any good, but its certainly a deck. The Xerosic is the new one Xerosic's Scheme.
