GLC Deck - Is this Standard Lugia?

This deck is super strong and consistent, but I kinda want to add a bravery charm. More ways to make us difficult to KO would help the prize trade decently. If you're looking for cards to cut, float stone isn't necessary with the u-turn board, but it's like dessert and feels great, keeping bibarel from getting stuck. I like the bunnelby, even if you don't get tm Evo plays, it feels good to return special energy, the fossil, or items back into the deck, so it's earned its place.
