GLC Deck - Low-Cost Fire

Chandelure can let both players draw a card, which means I no longer have to rely on Delphox or Salazzle in combination with Magcargo (even if Salazzle is nice)! Ninetales can force a switch-in as well, which can target a Pokémon to quickly eliminate. A lot of switching cards have been implemented to utilize Cinderace. Hypnotoxic Laser is also in for a little bit more damage and to potentially get in a powerful hit with Ninetales.
