GLC Deck - Monke

Inspired by a deck that thrashed me in last night's weekly, this is basically a much more optimized version of my Psychic Spread deck. This deck has a heavy focus on early game consistency and locking with Wobbuffet. With the ability to pull out Hex Maniac at any point in the game and a way to recycle it, it's easy to lock out abilities for a good chunk of the game. The deck also has a focus on quickly assembling evolutions utilizing Guzma & Hala and Arven to find TM Evolution.
