GLC Deck - Neon Genesis Fairygelion: 2nd Impact

My previous Fairy deck was just a mess. I kept trying to take the deck in too many different directions at once. So, I decided the best way to address this was to start over and rethink my fundamentals. I would have loved to fit Gardevoir in here, but the deck is just too cluttered as-is. A version with Gardevoir would probably need to cut Togekiss and Clefable.
