GLC Deck - Permafrost
WIP -- the concept is to use Cryogonal early to slow the pace of play while setting up Sandslash, Froslass, and Inteleon. Then, use Cryogonal and Articuno, in tandem with Rough Seas, Froslass, and Quick Shooting, to spread damage over as many turns as possible. Palafin and Basculegion can pick up KOs and Wishiwashi can be used as a stall panic button in a pinch.
