My take on low-energy Water. Vanguard Punch carries the archetype, but from there what you add next is flexible. Leon and Lt. Surge's Bargain could change (I was bribed with a full art). The deck can brick, struggles as one may expect against Parallel City, can lose to gust on the fossil, can struggle to recover and chain attackers, and can even struggle with damage, but it's fast. Phione gust feels very strong, Inteleon's attack is great with buffs and the pings help a ton, and Tirtouga can usually break walls if your opponent is playing the game. Wishiwashi is hard to swing with, but harder for the opponent to KO. Open to feedback as always.
