GLC Deck - Rip Current: Wally/Salvatore Water

an idea ive had for a long time just waiting for the right cards to be added to start. this is inherently a high roll deck focused on getting palafin, froslass, or starmie up asap using wally/salvatore and hopefully creating such fast early pressure that you can overrun the opponent. it still has gas in the mid game and doesn't *need* a first turn attack, but it is most def what the deck wants to do. heavy WIP, it is fairly bricky in its current state but can survive thin board states pretty decently. hilda/max potion are 61st cards (retired deck til another stage 1 can replace froslass)
