GLC Deck - Special Pump

Trying a build with Quagsire and Special Attackers. I am a fan of fire off Armarouge so decided to try a similar strategy in water with Quagsire. I really want the deck to set up quickly and take big KOs with big combos, but I'm worried it needs Octillery and on more basic water.
