GLC Deck - Starmie Boardwipe

This deck started out as a fun silly deck that I had fun working with and playing on twinleaf as I played it more and more, the more I wanted the deck to be an actual good deck. Cards I want to add: Kyogre, great finisher after a hisuan basculegion attack. Lost city, you wont always get the board wipe and some decks rely on recycling big basics lost city can help absolutely destroy them, you also don't recycle attackers that much to make it hurt you as much as it would hurt them, just time it right. More consistency, the deck need a smidge more consistency to make it good.
