GLC Deck - The Water Cycle.

A deck that wants to keep water energy flowing in circular pattern. By not allowing it to be discarded. Instead we put it right back into the hand to re attach, move it to another Pokémon with an ability/tool or fish it out of the discard pile with Starmie. Currently trying out the Swampert Line instead of Octillery, because he can be a dummy sometimes and ends up useless towards the end of the game (In my opinion).
