GLC Deck - Tropical Festival

Combine the Tropical Shake and Festival decks into one rapid-fast deck that hits for a ton of damage very quickly at a very low energy cost. With 2 different Pokemon that attack twice and 3 ways to boost both, you just might have several turns in which you take 2 prizes! You generally want to save Rillaboom until there's something that you can't KO with smaller attacks. The deck has a ton of recursion to help you recover anything that you lose. Since most Pokemon in the deck attack for 1 energy, the recursion tools can easily get you back in the game and keep your bench full. The off-color basic energies that were chosen can technically be interchangeable, but they were chosen on the offchance that you run into cards that benefit you in some way for having that energy (Mt Coronet, Altar of the Moone, Martial Arts Dojo, and Levincia--again, extremely situational, but better to have the slightest possible benefit in a niche situation than to not be able to take advantage of it at all).
