GLC Deck - Walrein

This is the current iteration of my Walrein deck. The core idea is that you can slow the game down considerably. Froslass adds a lot of depth with all of the attacks you can use. The list doesn't quite feel consistent enough, but it has still lead to very interesting and unique games.
