  • 2nd: 10 LOR packs
  • 3rd/4th: 5 LOR packs

Rules & Format

  • Gym Leader Challenge Rules
  • 35 minute rounds
  • Best of 1
  • 5 minute check-in
  • Rounds start when all matches have completed in the previous round.
  • Top 4 to move on to Best of 3
  • Disconnects or game freezes etc, aren't the issue of the tournament or the staff, the game or match will be given to the opponent if you cannot reconnect in a timely manner and finish your game/match. This help ensures fairness and speed of rounds. Judges calls are final and any arguments towards staff/players or calls of abuse or bad manners will be swiftly handled and result in your exclusion from the major.

Bans

This tournament adheres to the official banlist of the Gym Leader Challenge format. The following cards are banned:

  • Lysandre’s Trump Card (XY–Phantom Forces, 99/119 and 118/119)
  • Oranguru (SM–Ultra Prism, 114/156)
  • Forest of Giant Plants (XY–Ancient Origins, 74/98)
  • Chip-Chip Ice Axe (SM–Unbroken Bonds 165/214)
  • Hiker (SM–Celestial Storm 133/168 and SV85/SV94)
